Have you been wondering what ALPHA is all about? Perhaps thinking about registering for the Alpha course? Now’s your chance!

What Is Alpha?

The Alpha Course is a series of 10+ sessions, along with a retreat weekend, exploring the Christian faith, where guests have an opportunity to discuss the meaning of life and faith in a warm, relaxed, and friendly setting. At each session, participants enjoy a delicious meal together and grow in their understanding of Christ in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Who Is Alpha For?

Alpha is for anyone and everyone: all backgrounds, faith experiences, and viewpoints. Alpha is run worldwide, and embraced by Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant churches. We encourage you to invite your friends, regardless of their church affiliation or belief system. The Newman Center is opening wide the doors - and it is our hope to reach out to all those within our campus community - the more, the merrier!
